When you book or message us we may collect: name, email, WhatsApp/phone, hotel name, tour date, guest count, and booking notes. If you use our website we may collect device/browser data and ad click IDs (Meta / Google) for measurement.

- Pickup arrangement with our drivers / partners
- Improve ads and website (Meta Pixel / Google Analytics if installed)
- Legal, fraud and safety requirements
4. Sharing
We share only what is needed with transport partners, camp / yacht / activity suppliers, and payment or form providers. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and ads
Our site may use cookies and pixels so we can see which ads lead to bookings. You can block cookies in your browser. If Pixel/GA4 is added later, this same policy covers that use.
6. Storage
Booking details are kept as long as needed to complete the tour and for accounting / complaint handling, then deleted or archived as required by UAE law.

8. Children
We collect child guest counts only as part of a parent/guardian booking. We do not knowingly market to children.
