A booking request on this website is a request, not an automatic paid ticket. Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm availability on WhatsApp or email (info@rasdeals.com).
Free cancellation
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup / activity start: full refund of any amount already paid to RAS DEALS, or free date change (subject to availability).
Late cancellation / no-show
- Less than 24 hours: not refundable
- No-show at hotel or meeting point: not refundable
Weather and operations
If we cancel because of weather, vehicle issue, or camp/yacht closure, you get a full refund or a free new date.
Supplier tickets
Some add-ons (theme park tickets, Burj Khalifa, Ferrari World, Louvre) follow the supplier’s own rules. If those tickets are non-refundable, we will tell you before you pay.
How to cancel
WhatsApp +971 52 110 0974 or email info@rasdeals.com with your name, date and tour. Refunds, if due, are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Website forms
Submitting the booking form does not charge your card. No refund is needed unless a payment was collected after confirmation.
